The ECC is committed to offering a developmentally-appropriate program for the children we serve, and that commitment is made possible because of the strengths and skills that teachers bring to our program. It is our desire to provide teachers with a working environment that will support and encourage them as they strive to care for and guide the development of children. Every position is important and teachers' professionalism, attitudes, and interactions with children, parents, and each other affect the quality of our program. We hope that each teacher's tenure is both personally and professionally rewarding.
